Highly recommend. I went in here because I was in desperate need of relief. I could barely move my arms above my head because my neck was so out.

I had seen other chiropractors in the past and being a massage therapist myself, I had recently gotten massage after massage to try relieve it but it didn’t get rid of the pain.

I was referred to Dr. Bridges and he made me feel safe and relaxed right away and he was able to adjust my neck back to where it belonged. I was better the very next day.

I highly recommend Bridges Chiropractic. Best Chiropractor in Ames, hands down. He is firm without being careless. He has a healers gift that is rare in chiropractic care. Also is great with kids!
